Working on an opportunity with a local company to make these induction forge elements. They are used in forging applicaiton to heat up ingots or billets to near molton state for induction forge forming.
We did some heating work with Oxy Fuel to bend the stainless steel tubing. It’s 304 stainless tubing and i was using 316 SS filler rod.
I had made a jig off camera to be able to hold and position the tubing while we applied heat with oxy aceletene and bent into place.
We ran out of oxygen in the tank so i started using a Home Depot Torch (Map gas) to finish up the job
