OK, this IS NOT Planet Caravan by Black Sabbath – It’s a backing track based on the same idea though! I though that it would be fun to jam on a similar track a vibe. I hope You dig it! E Minor all the way baby, or if you want, you can bust out that jazzy Tony Iommi sound using a dorian scale. It’s up to you!

Stuff to keep in mind:

Keep it simple, and repeat good ideas and sounds you like.

Try to play what’s in your head, not what you’re looking at (like those chord grids up there) or what your fingers have “memorized”.

Be expressive! Try to add hammer-ons, string rakes, palm mutes, pull-offs, bends, slides, vibrato, or whammy bar to as many notes as you can! Listen to the pros, I guarantee that’s what they’re doing, unless they’re shredding at a million notes a second.

Most importantly: Learn some useful vocabulary! You must either copy some phrases from someone else, or come up with your own phrases to play. Music is a language with MANY dialects – you MUST learn the basics of the language to sound good, AND a the idiosyncrasies of the dialect to sound hip! That, or you’re some kind of genius who automatically knows what do do (doubtful) so don’t be lazy! Learn some basic blues licks, they will take you far! I learned some Dave Gilmour and Jimi Hendrix licks 20 years ago and I still play ‘em all the time!

Planets Caravan – Metal Space Jazz Backing Track [E Minor (Aeolian)]

LINK TO Breville BJE 200XL: https://amzn.to/16Ntfet I’m doing the comparison mainly because the Jack La Lanne power juicer claims to yield 30% more juice than other juicers. I chose the Breville bje200xl as a comparison because it is approximately the same price as the Jack LaLanne. They both run about $100.
The motor is 3600 RPMs. It measures 14x12x16 inches. It weighs about 12 pounds.The base has a locking bar which is connected to an auto shut-off switch. The juicer won’t start if the bar is not in the correct position. There is an automatic shut off safety feature. If the juicer is jammed or overheats, it will shut down.

Slide the pulp collector towards the base. Put the receptacle on the base with the juicer spout facing the locking bar. The spout should be facing downward. Put the filter and blade inside receptacle, turn it and press down to secure it. Put the lid on top with the pulp guard facing away from the juice spout. Lift locking bar up until it clicks into the grooves. Insert pusher into chute and push gently.

Turn juicer on and let run for 5- 10 seconds to balance the blade.

Cleanup – except for the base, all parts are dishwasher safe. I prefer to wash everything in hot soapy water right after juicing is finished. If you leave the parts in the dishwasher and don’t wash it, it’ll be much harder for the stuck on vegetable and fruit fibers to be cleaned off.

Both juicers yielded the same amount of juice so the Jack La Lanne’s juicer’s claim to yield 30% more juice is false.
