Tool steel D2 mirror finish
The NC controlled Baileigh Industrial RDB-250 Rotary Draw Tube Bender bending 40 x 40 x 4mm mild steel angle section with custom tooling. The special tooling will allow a centre line radius of 100mm whilst maintaining the shape and integrity of the angle section, there were no ripples on the inside of the bend!
