Granulating Blades/Knives are made of tool steel with a high grade of chrome which provides high surface hardness, good toughness and strength and very good wear resistance, they are processed on the most recent machines for mechanical treatment.

For quality industrial Granulating Blades/Knives the thermal treatment is crucial, therefore our Granulating Blades/Knives are carefully thermal treated in the computerized vacuum heat-treatment facility. The knives are mostly manufactured of material 1.2379 and hardened up to the hardness 55-60 HRC.

Shredding knives are used for grinding of large waste material (plastic barrels, used tires, containers…)

We manufacture different shapes of Shredding Knives including cubes, square, rectangular, and circular.

The shape and the material type is determined according to the application. The mostly used steel qualities are 1.2379, 1.2343 and 1.2767. In order to achieve the best technical solution we manufacture upon the customer’s request also Shredding Knives from other materials.
