為服務中國大陸400餘條生產線，與威台機械（上海）有限公司、弘技機電技術服務（上海）有限公司結合形成策略聯盟，提供設備設計、製造、加工、販售等服務（威台機械）；及提供完善的設備維修、改善、保養及零組件的快速供應服務（弘技機電）以滿足客戶之需求。
Well Time Steel Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 by Mr. Huang Po-Jung of 40 years of experience in the industry. Current chairman served by Mr. Huang Shin-Tao. (Mr. Tien Hung-Chih is the current general manager.) Through 20 years of continuously improvement,now it has become the largest profession manufacturer of steel processing equipment in Taiwan with an annual output of more than 30 production lines.

The main products for the supply of processing equipments of cold, hot-rolled steel and surface treated of steel coil, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and silicon steel etc. advanced metallic materials, as well related equipment.

Our products have been distributed throughout the major domestic and foreign steel mills. Taiwan, Japan, China, Southeast Asia and other countries and even the United Kingdom have our products.

Latech Electric & Machinery provides the sound equipment repairs; improvement, maintenance and quick supply of components to meet customer demand.
威泰鋼鐵（股）公司は、現任総経理　黄伯容殿が1994年に創業し、スリッターラインとシャーラインを専門に、設計、製造を行う機械メーカーです。

現在、董事長　游錦俊殿と総経理　黄伯容殿は会社を管理、経営しています。機械生産量は年間30台余り達し、台湾NO.1となりました。年間売上額は9億台湾ドルです。 社員数は総計70人です。〈設計部9人、インストル技術者10人、電気部5人など〉

15年にわたってきて、各種コイル材料:HR、CR、表面処理材料、ステンレス、アルミ、銅等に応じて、スッリターラインとシャーラインを設計、開発、製造し、世界各国が、（日本、中国、東南アジア、イギリス）当社の機械を納入しました。

2008年までのデーダーで、中国に当社の製造した生産ラインを、400台余も出荷しました。2008年末に、弘技機電技術服務（上海）有限公司を提携し始めて、サービス分野に踏み込んで、お客先にサ－ビスを提供し、新しい展開に迎えにいきます。
