As the Aircraft Structural Maintenance Specialist, you are an integral part of the Air Guard team responsible for maintaining the high quality of the Air National Guard air fleet and ensuring the safety of the pilots and aircrew members that fly them.



    This is the forging process I use to make a chisel end on a wrecking bar.The steel is 4140 grade and it is forged under a 5cwt Massey Clear Space Hammer and the heat is supplied in a coal fired forge.
